Cookie Contest Rules: (Registration is day of event at Durr Education Center)

1.  Must be made from scratch ingredients

2. Attach recipe to entry

3. 3 cookies per entry in plastic sealed bag

4. May enter one or all three categories

5. 1st, 2nd, 3rd prizes in each category.   $10/$7/$5 money awards & ribbons

Speech contest Rules: (Registration is day of event at Durr Education Center)

1. Age Categories:   (1) Youth 6-18  (2) Adult 18  (3) Senior  60 +

2. Speech must be original and personal to presenter

3. Props may be used to illustrate story

4. Speech must be 2 to 6 minutes in length.   (Pt. deductions for under and over time)

5. 1st,2nd,3rd, prize in each category.  $15/$10/$7 money awards and ribbons
